FAQ

  • We have two types of pricing:


    1. New Haven resident.

    2. Non-New Haven resident.
     

    During the year we may post different specials that we offer.

  • We have 2 indoor rooms to choose from which are NOT connected but both are located on the second floor with elevator access:
     

    The Lanson Room is the largest w/a panoramic view of the water. The capacity for a formal sit down w/dance floor is 16 and without dance floor up to 245; cocktail style up to 350. This also has a wrap around balcony.


    The Adee room is the smallest room w/a rustic look along w/a working gas fireplace. The capacity for formal seating is up to 65-70 people and up to 100 cocktail style.
     

    The Outside Platform this area can hold up to 500+ attendees.
     

    All events booked must be over by 11pm due to a City noise ordinance and requires New Haven police officers onsite.

  • Our rental hours are based on 8 daytime rental hours [8a-4p] & 8 evening rental hours [4p-12mid] those hours include your
    set up and break down time. The minimum amount of hoursthat can be rented is 4 hours. After 8 hours there is an additional
    fee.

  • We do NOT provide catering/bartending services-but we can offer referrals if needed.

  • No we do not offer but can send referrals if needed

  • Security guards are required for each event. The number of guests depend on how many guards are needed. They are onsite
    from set up to break down. We provide all security guards and their fee is shown on our fee sheet.

  • We do not have a private parking lot, we just have street parking that is non-metered. We try to offer alternative resources with area business to use their parking lots such as Ikea and the Long Wharf Maritime Center. But it’s not always guaranteed.

  • All tours are by appointment only and availability Tuesday through Saturday. Tours take no more than 30-45 minutes and we can go over all needed logistics and costs to host an event.
